The Practice was established some 12 years ago and has three area of specialism as follows:- 1) Professional work on a wide range of commercial, residential and industrial premises including valuations for banks and building societies. Property management for a range of different types of premises (excluding residential), compulsory purchase work, lease renewals etc. 2) Non-residential agency work which includes the sale and lease of factories, shops, offices, the sale of investment property and land. 3) Special projects include the involvement in the development process of identifying sites, site acquisition etc. for residential and commercial development.
